Jessie Hoak is a patient-focused clinical nurse specialist with experience in the area of adult health and in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and delivery of evidence-based intervention. Hoak has provided direct patient care and overseen clinical and non-clinical staff in the gastroenterology department at Community Medical Associates since 2011. She has overseen scheduling and educating patients prior to endoscopy procedures, implementation of the hepatitis C clinic, education of patients on the use of injectable biologics, and managing infusions for inflammatory bowel disease patients.
